Return policy

We recommend you inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any defect is found in the merchandise, please call us and let us know within 5 business days. We take responsibility to replace damaged merchandise if returned in the original packaging box. If the carrier loses your merchandise or destroys it in transit, we will file a claim for reimbursement provided you call us and let us know as soon as you discover the damage. Freight collect customers though, need to file their own claim with the carrier, but also need to let us know in case a damage incident occurs. Please do not return any of our merchandise without first calling us or our customer service support team. Unauthorized products will be rejected. Returns should be sent to us after informing our customer service about the damage. Any returns made without calls won't be accepted. Grommets should be returned in an un-opened package (The plastic bag should be sealed and not opened
