Shipping Policy: Free shipping promotion ONLY applies to orders placed online or by phone that are over $100.00 USD. This is ONLY within the continental United States. There will be a charge for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping can ONLY be possible if orders are received on time. A $10 handling fee will be applied to ALL Freight Collect orders. We are NOT responsible for any duty or customs fees at any international borders. Call with any questions or concerns. A claim must be filed by the customer if a package arrives damaged due to courier negligence. All packages are insured.

Return Policy: All Discrepancies must be reported with 10 days after purchase date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days, all returns must have a valid RA number on the box unless it will be refused upon delivery of returning products. RA agreement form must be signed before issuing a RA number. Items returned without being issued a valid RA number will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.  Grommet Hand Tool Kits, opened or used products, and die tools are NOT returnable. All shipping expenses for returns are covered by the customer.

Credit/Refund: Credit will be in the form of store credit unless authorized by a manager. Refunds may take up to 15 to 30 days to process.
