Micron's #12 Plastic Grommets are made from Heavy-Duty Plastic material. They feature a 1 3/4" Inside hole diameter  and Out side hole diameter 2 9/16" . Since they are made to easily clip together, they eliminate the need for Hand Tools. All that you need are the Cutters to cut the material.
