1. Where is Grommet Mart Located?
Grommet Mart warehouses all of our fastening products at our facility located in New Jersey. Our factory however is located in Europe.

2. Why are there no prices on your web site?
Grommet Mart is constantly finding new ways to save our clients money. We work with each client based on their specific fastening needs to give them the lowest price possible.

3. How do I pay for my order?
After you contact Grommet Mart with your order a sales representative will contact you to complete the transaction. At this time you will have the opportunity to either pay with a major credit card to ensure a secure transaction or you can pay C.O.D. upon the delivery of your order.

4. I want to order regularly how do I get a credit account ?
After you first order you can contact Grommet Mart for a credit application. This will require you to fill out the proper forms. Once apporved you will be sent an invoice after each order. WE WILL NOT EXTEND CREDIT FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS.

5. Where can I get my machine serviced?
Grommet Mart has service representatives in all 50 states. If your machine needs service please contact us for detailed information on how to have a service representative come to your facility.

6. How will I receive my order?
Grommet Mart will deliver your order via the most reputable parcel services. We will be happy to accomadate any special delivery requests (i.e. Fed Ex account #'s).

7. Do your products come with a warranty?
All of our fastening machines come with a 1 year warranty. All of our fastening products come with a 7 day return policy (packages must be unopened).

8. I can't find the item I want ?
All of our fastening products can be found here on our website. However if there is a specific item you rquire, please contact us and we will be happy to locate it for you.
